Unless otherwise noted, all designs and content included on this website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, artwork, products, audio and video clips is a property of H&M Designs Inc.

The website is intended solely for your personal and non-commercial use. None of the contents of website should be reproduced, published, transmitted, distributed, modified, nor should any derivative works be created from the contents this website.

Eligibility and Account

So as to be eligible to use website, you shall be an adult and capable of entering into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. We reserve our right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders in sole discretion. You are prohibited from selling, trading, or otherwise transferring your account with us to another party.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for restricting unauthorised use and access. We shall not be liable in any manner for the activities that occur under your account. You shall provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself on the Website. Product Information and Pricing

All reasonable efforts are made to display the products listed for sale on the website as accurately as possible. You agree and understand that the colour combination depends on the instrument or medium through which you are accessing the Website. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable current or error free. While every effort is made to ensure that the products are described and priced accurately, in the event that an item is deemed to be priced incorrectly, we reserve our right to cancel the order, without any legal or monetary obligation on us. Amounts, if any, paid by you will be refunded to you within a period of 21 days.

Payment and Shipping

For orders being shipped within India, the payment can only be accepted in INR. Prices will be MRP and CGST/SGST and IGST, as applicable. We do not support international debit/credit cards at this moment. However, in case we do, we shall be entitled to charge currency conversion charges and tax over the same on the total amounts and you shall be liable to make the payments in full. In case of refunds, the currency conversion charges recovered will not be refunded. Further, conversion charges applicable at the time of making refund will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded. You shall be solely liable to comply with all local laws of India at the time of making purchase and making of payments. All other charges including but not limited to shipping charges, insurance, freight, taxes, duties and levies shall be borne and paid by you in advance.

All deliveries shall be made by us (a) only upon receipt of all costs, charges, duties, levies, etc. in full and in advance; and (b) only to the address mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. We shall not be liable for any error in address, change of address, incomplete address and for non-delivery of products for any reason whatsoever. We shall not be liable for gods lost in transit.

Your Obligations

  1. You have to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself while registering on the website;
  2. You have to update your registration details so as to keep it accurate and complete in all respects at all times failing which we have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to our website.
  3. In case of non-delivery or wrong delivery due to erroneous or inaccurate details, we shall not be liable in any respect for refund or cancellation or return or any other nature whatsoever. We reserve our right to be indemnified by you at all times and in all respects.
  4. Each product delivered by us may have our name engraved in it. In case of any tampering of the same, we shall not be liable for any refund or replacement or repair.
  5. While sharing your ideas thru "Suggest Your Jewellery", you are responsible for any copyright issues with the images or design concepts you provide. We are not liable for copyright claims and do not use content from search engines. We use your shared images – concepts solely as inspiration for creating original designs and do not replicate branded products.

Cancellation

By us - There may be certain orders that we cannot accept, and therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order or our right to ask for additional information for accepting orders in certain cases.

By you – The order placed by you can be cancelled only prior to the same is shipped by us, and not thereafter.

Prohibited Use

This website is meant for online transactions as mentioned. The website shall not be used by you to share, post or otherwise transmit materials and contents which –

  1. is misleading, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, offensive, violent, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, libelous, racially, ethnically, religiously or otherwise objectionable;

As per the extant laws, any purchases through this website of goods and products of value above ₹2,00,000/-, mentioning of PAN and uploading of scanned copy of PAN is mandatory. In event of failure to do so, we shall have the right to cancel the order without any obligation to you.
