Return & Exchange Policy

7 Days Return and Refund Policy

If the products ordered and received by you from us does not meet your requirement, you can return such products to us. You can make a request for return of the product within 7 days of receipt of products by you and we will arrange to have the same picked up. After expiry of 7 days, the option for return will not be available for you, however you can have the same exchanged on the terms and conditions as contained herein. All made to order and / or customised jewellery will be eligible under Lifetime Exchange Policy. All the following conditions are required to be met:

  • The products must be unused.

  • The labels and tags should be intact.

  • Packaging material, accessories and other literature should be intact.

  • There should be no scratches or products or mutilation of the products.

Once we receive the products, we will have an internal laboratory check to be conducted for quality and damages, if any. Once we receive a satisfactory report, we will initiate the refund procedure. The report submitted by the laboratory are confidential and we will not be sharing the report with you. Decision on the quality and refund is our sole and absolute discretion. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days if return is approved. For all COD and NEFT purchases, refunds will be made in bank A/C as provided. Purchases by credit cards will be refunded to the credit card account. We will not entertain any requests for refund to a different account or refund by means of a different mode. In the event that returns and refunds are not approved, we will send the product back to you. You will have to bear and pay the costs of shipping/courier and insurance.

 

15 Days Exchange Policy

Should you wish to exchange the product received by you with some other product, we will be happy to offer you an exchange. However, please note that exchange is not available on products in which there is any amount of customisation, including but not limited to engraving. For requesting an exchange, the following conditions are required to be met:

  • The products must be unused.

  • The labels and tags should be intact.

  • Packaging material, accessories and other literature should be intact.

  • There should be no scratches or products or mutilation of the products 

In case the value of the product ordered in exchange is less than the originally ordered product, we will refund the balance amount to you. In the alternative, you can place another order for additional product. In such case, difference in value of both the products collectively will be reckoned and if the value is lower than originally order product, we will initiate refund of the balance amounts. In case where the value of new product is higher than the earlier ordered product, you will be required to pay the difference amount to us in advance. In all cases, we will first conduct a laboratory test as mentioned earlier, and the reports received by us will be considered as final and binding.

You can exercise the option to have exchange one time. Once exchanged, the same cannot be re-exchanged. 

 

Lifetime Exchange 

We as a company are happy to offer lifetime exchange to you. We will be happy to offer exchange in respect of jewellery, gold or diamond purchased from us, and submission of original invoice, tags and certificate is a must. Further, none of the article, in respect of which exchange is sought, should have been tampered with, normal wear and tear accepted. We are happy to offer 100% value of Gold and 80% value of Diamonds. The market value at the extant time will be reckoned for the purpose of exchange and the same will be as fixed by us. An amount of 10% will be deducted on the value of solitaire diamonds weather mounted or unmounted.  In case the value of the exchanged article is less than the originally purchased article, we will give you a credit note. The terms and conditions of the credit note will be mentioned at the time of issuance. No cash will be paid to you.
